FAQ - Questions and answers

How is my vehicle insured from the moment it is handed over at the terminal?

Your vehicle is insured by us from the time of handover. This applies to the transfer, the accommodation, as well as the return.

The maximum sum insured is 9 million euros.

Where will my vehicle be stored?

If you have chosen an external parking space, your vehicle will be parked in our secured and video-monitored parking spaces, directly at the Opel plant in Rüsselsheim, approx. 15 km from the airport.

If you have chosen a parking garage, your vehicle will be parked in our covered & also video-monitored parking lot in Kelsterbach, approx. 7 km from the airport.

What do I do if my plans change?

Basically you can make changes (other vehicle, other flight) yourself in your account with your access data.
If you have any questions or problems, we will of course be happy to help you!

How can I cancel my booking?

With us you can cancel your booking in principle free of charge up to 24h before departure.

For this purpose, please send us an informal e-mail to: info@mein-valet-frankfurt.com.

In addition, we offer you the possibility in our booking form to completely insure your booking against a travel cancellation for a small fee!

How do I recognise the Mein-Valet-Frankfurt employees?

Our employees are always dressed in clothing that displays our logo.

These are a red jacket, and a red cap with logo lettering.

How can I pay?

With us you have the possibility to pay by bank transfer, on account, or directly on site in cash.

Can people with physical disabilities use our service?

Yes! Thanks to our direct vehicle pick-up & drop-off at the terminal, you have a short walk to your check-in counter.
